Happy New Year!

Hi everyone,
Yes, I am still alive and I finally found the time to write another blogpost!
The last month has been really busy for me since I had two jobs (on the Christmasmarket and in a coffee shop) and I was working 24/7. Well okay, not 24/7 but close :D It actually were seven days a week from November 22nd until December 24th.
As you can probably imagine, there was not much time to do something else other than cooking (which did not really happen either) and sleeping. Which means that you guys did not miss a lot the past month!
But now I'm back and more than ready for the new year!!
I just realized that today it's been already five (!!!) months since I left Germany. Isn't it incredible how time flies by?
Besides, I changed my plans and I'm gonna stay here in Vancouver until the end of the month (probably) to save up some more money for the upcoming travels and to simply enjoy more of this wooonderful city! And afterwards I'll start exploring this country.
You guys are now probably wondering, am I losing it or didn't she just want to stay for six months? YES, you are totally right that was my plan. But you know: Life is what happens when you're busy making other plans. Unfortunately I can't tell you when I'll be back because I simply don't know it for myself yet. But as soon as I know you'll know, I promise!

And for now, I wish every single one of you a wonderful start into 2015 and I will think of you at 3pm when it is already midnight at home. I hope that this new year is gonna be what you wish for, that it's gonna surprise you with a lot of new chances and opportunities and that you are gonna be brave enough to take these new chances and to also take a risk sometimes and step out of your comfort zone. Because this is where you'll find your happiness!
For myself, 2014 has been an amazing, unbelievable, unforgettable and outstanding year. It was a year with a lot of changes, positive as well as negative, a lot of chances, full with new experiences and lessons I learned and with new people I met. I am thankful for all that happened in the past 365 days and for the people who have been part of this year and my journey. I am sure that the new year is gonna be as great as the last one was and I am ready and really excited to see what it has to offer.
Once again: I wish you an amazing 2015! Make the best of it! :)

Love,
Lena ♡
